Details Required From You When You Find a Home That You Wish to Rent:

Identification in the form of a Passport or Drivers Licence.

Two written references i.e. employer, current landlord, a reference from your accountant if you are self employed, character reference.

It is important to note that the owner of the property will make the final decision and this is based on the references we provide on your behalf.

One month’s security deposit plus one month’s rent in advance is payable immediately and once the tenancy agreement has been signed keys will be issued.
