Letting & Property Management Fees

Let Only Fee

FEE: 7.5% of annual rent plus VAT @23%

We will advertise your property, secure a tenant, collect all monies (i.e. deposits and rent in advance), complete a legally binding tenancy agreement, help with arranging transfer of utility bills to the tenant’s name/s and register the property with the RTB on your behalf.

Full Management Fee

8% of monthly rent plus VAT @ 23%

This service is in addition to the initial letting fee and is deducted each month from the rent collected.

We will collect the rent, arrange any necessary repairs subject to your approval, inspect the property and advise you of the condition so that you can closely monitor your asset.

We have worked with our tradesmen for many years and their work is of a very high standard and their charges are very competitive.

Professional Fees

Landlords are responsible for the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) charge of €40.00 per tenancy, and we can do this for you and deduct the charge and pay it on your behalf. www.rtb.ie

Should you wish us to provide a photographic inventory, there is a minimum charge of €120.00 plus VAT @ 23% for this service. Alternatively, you can provide these photographs yourself.

Note: Once you instruct us to proceed with letting and/or managing your property, we will issue our Letter of Engagement, which will outline our services to you in greater detail.
