I’ve relied on Gillian and her team a few times over the years and I can’t recommend their business enough. Always prompt, professional and hugely knowledgable about the rental sector in Wexford.

If I was to move again tomorrow I would pick up the phone to Gillian in a heartbeat.

We have been dealing with Gillian and her staff for approximately 13 years now. Our interaction has zig zagged from rare contact, when things were quiet to constant contact when our property demanded it. The last 10months have been extremely hectic. On going calls, texts and emails. The volume of work undertaken by Gillian and her staff, Des in particular was fairly monumental. It’s hard to describe how much work they did on our behalf.
As we are not located locally Gillian Hayes were our eyes, ears and contact in situ.
We are so so grateful and could not recommend this business enough.

Gillian and her team found us a brilliant property in Blackwater (usually people aren’t keen on dogs but Gillian found us a the perfect place, exactly what we needed) They were always very accommodating when we contacted them and they always tried to work around our schedules when we were busy moving houses . We have been renting properties for about 10 years now from various estate agents, but Gillian’s team were very professional, very prompt to get back to us and most of all, very friendly.High recommend them!

Contemplating a move to Wexford, my wife and I called in at Gillian Hayes Property Letting to see what was available and were given what can only be described as five-star treatment.
Gillian and her sister Claire could not have been more helpful with their advice and recommendations based on their intimate knowledge of every part of the town. We knew immediately that we were in good hands and that Gillian and Claire were not going to waste our time looking at places that they knew would not suit; also, their response to messages and queries was both immediate and helpful.
As our move was from outside Ireland, they also offered advice on banking and sorting out all the paperwork associated with setting up local services for the first time.
In the end we found a property in Co Clare and sadly never did get to see the job through with Gillian and Claire.
That said, I cannot recommend their hands-on services and professionalism highly enough; without a doubt, a top team.
